i can’t believed it’s been 8 months of my healthy food prep series. 16 weeks of recipes and grocery lists, thoughtfully curated to make healthy eating fun and tangible for thousands of people ❤️ i’m so proud of this endeavor!
at the beginning of 2025, i promised myself i would start a new series on my platforms that would provide value for my followers while also bringing me joy to create. i was feeling a bit stuck creatively, and knew that challenging myself would push my boundaries, forcing me to explore new ways to share content.
a few days into january i filmed a meal prep style video. completely on a whim. no plan, no expectations. just for fun.
i gave it my own twist, emphasizing how my approach is to prepare a few meals alongside elements of meals, pieces that can be mixed and match with ease on busy weeknights. when it comes to my relationship with food, i prioritize approachable, easy, nourishing recipes. i wanted this to shine through in a way that made others feel seen and supported.
after the first video hit nearly 3 million views on tiktok, i knew i had the opportunity to do something special. so i dedicated myself to this series, finding new ways every week to make it captivating without losing sight of the value i was hoping to provide.
