i can’t believe how fast june flew by! we’re back with another round up of what i loved this month.
clothing 🛍👚👟
i am VERY type A, so it was definitely out of character for me to wake up on the morning of an upscale event and still not have a dress. i ran to H&M on a whim, grabbed the first dress i saw off the rack, and raced out.
hours later, i got back from my hair appointment and only had 10 minutes before we needed to leave. i threw the dress on and not only did it (thankfully) fit, it fit WELL.
i’ve never been a body con dress girl but this $25 dollar dress may have changed my mind. i’m 5’2 so it was pretty much maxi length on me, but i think for most people it would a midi dress. it does have some stretch but you can size up in my opinion! i got so many compliments on this dress all night and felt so comfortable moving around in it. price can’t be beat either!!!
i have the black in my cart right now— planning to dress it up with lots of chunky gold jewelry for a night vibe :)

workouts 🏋️♀️🏃♀️🧘♀️
the past few months, i’ve been using Equinox as my main fitness destination. so far, i have to say that the number of locations throughout the city (and country) are genuinely so convenient. there are days when i’m on the go for hours, traveling around for events, and find myself pulling up the map to find the closest location. i can pop in just about anywhere! also, showering there is just so fun hahaha.
i’ve quickly become obsessed with the EQX experience…. ESPECIALLY the classes! to speak to the price point, i will say that it’s expensive. however, it’s truly an investment in your health and wellness. as long as you’re taking full advantage of everything they offer (classes, showers/locker room experience, etc) it’s totally worth it. there have been days where my building has shut off my water and i’ve run to my closest club to shower!
while i want to try every class style at least once, i’ve found myself most drawn to the barre/pilates style offerings. my advice is to try out as many different instructors as possible, because they truly make or break the class.
classes i’m loving lately:
Off the Barre
Pilates at the Barre (this is new and is replacing Trilogy Barre)
Bala Bangle Burn
Body Sculpt
Barefoot Sculpt
Cardio Sculpt
instructors i’ve tried and/or have been recommended to me:
Makena Diehl
Pavee Kwun
Andy Santana
Bonnie Flannery
Sophie Newman
since i’m still relatively new to Equinox, please send any and all recs you have for club locations, classes, and instructors!
skincare🧼💄🛀
i was recommended these Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Universal Peel Pads by a esthetician after getting a facial last month. i tend to get small, colorless, under-the-skin bumps along my jawline and cheeks. she let me know that using these daily will help exfoliate my face in a way that goes beyond a once-a-week exfoliating mask (though i do love doing the ones with the little beads haha).
i picked these up at sephora and two girls on line told me they loved them. then the cashier said she’s obsessed with them too, so if those aren’t signs from the universe to start using these i’m not sure what are HAHA. pricey but worth it!!!!! my skin is seriously loving these. i use nightly!
supplements 💧🌱💊
Timeline powered by Mitopure® (a highly pure form of Urolithin A) is the only longevity supplement i trust. it’s incredible for energy and strength, plus it’s backed by rigorous science. Mitopure is shown to improve energy/reduce fatigue, boost muscle strength, and improve mitochondrial health. all of this is so important when it comes to healthy aging and longevity.
For Amazon Prime Day, all of Timeline’s products are 40% off (except The Eye Cream) — no code needed, just click here to shop. (will embed the link when posting)
at-home matcha
you guys. i have been SO good about making my matcha at home lately. the willpower it takes to walk past my favorite NYC cafes after a workout and not drop in for an $8 latte could be studied by scientists. lol.
i’ve been really loving this RYZE Superfoods Matcha mix for matcha fix! there are so many added benefits to this mix due to the adaptogenic mushrooms. this is a great price for the amount of servings you get and how high the quality is of the mix. i’ve bought so many tiny tins of matcha that cost even more and i get maybe 7 lattes out of them :’) so this is a steal!!
