my daily matcha latte tutorial:
this is *exactly* how i make my own matcha every single day. to note, i’m team hot matcha > iced matcha (i understand how rare this is HAHA) but if you’re looking to make an iced version, just follow these steps exactly, let cool for a minute or two, and pour over ice.
ingredients you’ll need:
1 tsp of your favorite matcha powder (currently obsessed with this one)
1 tbsp maple syrup (or your favorite liquid sweetener)
1/4 cup hot water (i use my electric kettle to heat it to 175F, since you don’t want the water to be boiling but still needs to be hot)
1 cup milk of choice (this is my favorite)
splash of creamer (i find this one or any vanilla creamer goes best)
