i’ll be honest— i’m not a huge breakfast foods person (dinner is easily my favorite meal of the day).
HOWEVER, recently i’ve learned first-hand how essential a high protein breakfast is to my overall health and well-being. starting my days with this in mind has resulted in me staying full and satisfied all morning long. no more mid-morning wave of hanger… aka i can finally make it through my morning to-do list without a grumbling stomach and energy crash to go with it 🤭
i know so many of us are up and out the door early in the day, but this shouldn’t mean we sacrifice nourishing our bodies.
i’ve put together 5 breakfast ideas that are all high in protein and easy to prep ahead for the week. taking only a few minutes of your day at the start of each week will set you up for success!!
