homemade brownie/cookie dough protein bars that look (and taste) like dessert? say less
i thought i would never be able to choose a favorite recipe from each week from my preps. and then, these brookie vegan protein bars entered the chat.
the rest was history.
these taste just as insane as they look!! how could i ever go back to buying a protein bar at the grocery store, when mine look like this?
all of that fan-girling aside, i don’t mean to take attention away from the other amazing recipes this week. the herby green goddess dressing i use in the broccoli crunch salad AND the turkey meatballs is good enough to literally drink. the vanilla cream mango chia seed pudding is summer in a jar, and nothing beats a double bean salad, especially one with a mediterranean flavor profile.
