this week's healthy, high protein, flavor packed food prep
mocha chocolate chip banana bread, pesto meatballs, a protein packed version of my viral cucumber salad... do i have your attention yet?
the more i do these preps, the more creative i find myself getting with what i make. i truly feel that this is my best batch of recipes yet.
my favorite part is that i made an arugula pesto that is not only heavenly on its own, but is used in multiple places throughout the prep (example: IN the meatballs)!? amazing. we love efficiency.
