fun things i did during this week’s prep: put hummus in my meatballs, make a giant batch of fudgey, chocolatey, protein—packed muffins with just two ingredients, turn my banana bread into energy bites, and, (not shown), attempt to batch prepped breakfast tacos.

those need another round of testing. lol. but everything else? you’re guaranteed to love.

on the menu for this week:

  • high protein greek pasta salad

  • feta hummus meatballs

  • honey glazed carrot salad

  • chocolate chip banana bread protein bites

  • 2-ingredient high protein chocolate fudge muffins
