triple chocolate brownie batter bark
been a minute since i've obsessed over a no-bake dessert this hard

triple chocolate brownie batter bark
ingredients:
brownie batter base:
1 cup creamy salted peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup cacao powder (make sure to shift this to avoid clumps)
melted chocolate layer:
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
directions:
add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and cacao powder to a mixing bowl. mix until a dough like consistency is reached (you’ll need to use your hands here)! spread the dough out onto a parchment paper lined sheet or plate. set aside.
melt the chocolate by adding the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl. microwave for 1 minute, remove, stir, and then again for another 30 seconds. remove and whisk vigorously for 30 seconds by hand to melt any remaining clumps. pour the chocolate over the batter, top with flaky sea salt and more chocolate chips, then freeze for at least 2-3 hours (if not overnight).
when ready to eat, remove from the freezer and let thaw for five minutes. break pieces of the bark by hand and enjoy! i store mine in a ziploc bag int he freezer. will last for 2-3 months!
