I love this format! Would really like to get into meal prepping but feel like creating a plan with good enough recipes quite hard. What products would you swap your meats for if you're a vegetarian?
that's exactly why i create these for you :) hoping to take the guesswork and decision fatigue out of meal prep! i typically use crumbled raw tofu to up the protein in a lot of my bowls/salads. tempeh is great, and i also really like the Abbot's Butcher vegan meat crumbles as a ground meat swap!
